In true mailroom to boardroom fashion, Israel started his IT career as a help desk technician for a rural dial-up ISP in the mid-1990s. Over the next 25+ years, he held engineering, project lead and manager roles, and network and system architect roles before transitioning to management and executive roles. Before coming to Gant Systems, Israel was COO of one of the largest MSPs in the Southwest where he implemented a restructuring that positioned the organization for another wave of exponential growth. His focus at Gant Systems is optimizing productivity, increasing client satisfaction, and creating an environment that allows our employees to thrive and be proud of where they work.
